The Prince Who Brings Peace

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
— Isaiah 9:6
Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with you all.
— 2 Thessalonians 3:16
For he himself is our peace, who has made us both one and has broken down in his flesh the dividing wall of hostility
— Ephesians 2:14

If you want to be a person of peace, you must first be transformed by the prince of peace. Simple. You cannot get around this. If you struggle with losing your temper, being a contentious person, anger, or interpersonal conflict with other believers, there is only ONE solution for you. And this is a grace to have this said to you...your only hope is Jesus, the prince of peace. You must run (not walk) to Christ today to receive a fresh outpouring of grace, it is everyone's only hope. Conviction of sin brings repentance, which brings fresh grace and hope for change for the future. This is utterly necessary for each of us every day. Believers have been given the means to proactively establish peace, and to nip quarrels in the bud, because of the selfless sacrifice of Christ. Let's put that into action today.

In Prayer Today:

Thank God that in Christ, He has already given you every resource you need to be at peace with others.
